How to Request a Refund

For refunds, please contact FreightToolkit support at matt@freighttoolkit.com using the email address associated with your account. Be sure to include your account information and a brief explanation of your request.

Team Account Refunds

For team accounts, refunds will be issued as account credit and automatically applied to the next invoice when team members are removed.

Processing Time

We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 3 business days.
